Our first foal of 2016 arrived a few weeks early on 18th March and Oor Miss Molly headed off to her new home in London
Our first USA G5 filly was born and MacKenzie had his first show outing
Our late foals (MacKenzie and Aurora) are now 5 months old and weaned. Lucky Lady Supreme headed of to Edinburgh to her new home and life as a ridden horse and we all managed to survive the extensive flooding.
Four more foals arrive (check out the foal page), Wearview Lucy Anna returned home after a period on loan and we have four mares scanned in foal so far to RDF Ti Kha Atta Rain for 2017. Mackenzie and Hardie our yearling colts were gelded.
Our Criollo filly was born (WD Where Eagles Dare) and the rest of the mares were covered for 2017 foals
Our last foal of 2016 made an appearance and Oor Double Gold and Mels Moon on the Rain became USA Grand Champions.
Oor Double Gold had another successful show outing and WD Whiskey Galore left to go to his new home. WD Secret Agent was weaned and started preparing to go to his new home
We had a healing clinic, backed Wap Spotted Te in preparation for her export to Denmark and started preparing more weanlings to go to their new homes.
We had our best Appaloosa breed show ever. WD Where Eagles Dare was overall supreme champion as well as female champion. Her dam Oor Eagle Eye Cherry was reserve female champion. Oor Ghillie Dubh was male champion and Oor Double gold was reserve male champion.
We also had a visit from 50 Swedish people to see how our stud is run.
Show outings for our babies and some of them headed off to new homes.
WD Lord of the Dance headed off to his new home and Oor Queen of Scots went back in to work under saddle.
